While Plaster.com normally ships UPS we can also ship LTL to your place of business and save you money! Please call our customer service hotline for LTL freight quote for pallet load quantities.

Plaster.com does not accept personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks.

Cancellations - Customer has the right to cancel any order before it is shipped out, however, once your order has shipped , we cannot get it back. You may refuse delivery and the package will come back to us. We will then credit you for the full amount of the product less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Plaster.com will ship to domestic destinations in the USA only.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package(s) and the speed that you want it shipped.

Shipping Quotes: Please allow for packaging, variation in sizes of boxes, the need for more than one box, insurance, size limitations, hazardous materials, insurance, tracking or delivery confirmation, and other charges.

About weight: Weight is based on the gross amount of the package rounded up to the nearest pound. USG packaging is based on net weight. To the net weight you need to add the weight of the container and box.

About Shape: UPS charges an extra $5 for items that are round such as large pails of plaster, however, we will box each pail to save you money on shipping. The reason is simple; UPS can't put pails on the automated conveyer so they must be hand carried to the truck.

United Parcel Service: 

UPS Ground: Our normal shipping method. Please allow 6-8 days for order processing and transit. It takes five business days for UPS to ship anywhere in the USA from Oklahoma. (see UPS map below)
